- We offer shipping through US MAIL Priority Mail and FedEx Ground - Home Delivery. Orders will be shipped same day or on the next business. If shipments are lost during shipment, Gun Storage Solutions will replace missing items. If shipment is declared as "delivered" by the designated shipper, Gun Storage Solutions is not responsible for missing property. If delivered property is missing, it is an issue between the buyer and shipping service selected.

If you're not happy, we're not happy! At Gun Storage Solutions, we aim to please, so if you're not completely pleased with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!

- All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Please call or email to let us know when to expect the returned product. Customer must pay to ship the product back.
- After receiving the product we will issue the refund. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund requests made to expired credit cards will be issued in the form of a store credit.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
