Shipping & Delivery
Same day shipping if order placed before 10:00 AM CST! (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will ship the next business day. See your respective region below for more information.
United States
Free Standard Shipping (Typically arrives in 2-4 days) on orders over $50 in all 50 States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Flat $5.95 Standard Shipping is available for orders under $50. Also we offer additional services from USPS, Fedex, and UPS that are calculated at checkout. $50 minimum order requirement applies to the order total before taxes and shipping.
United States Territories (excluding Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $200 or more, in addition to options from USPS, Fedex, and UPS that are calculated at checkout.
Canada
We offer rates that are calculated at checkout from USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL. Canadian orders may require an additional handling day before shipping out. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please research tariffs and custom related charges before placing your order. We cannot mark orders as gifts on customs documents but will fill out a NAFTA for each shipment. Please note, UPS and Fedex may charge additional customs brokerage fees on shipment.
International
We offer rates that are calculated at checkout from USPS, UPS, and DHL. We ship to most countries worldwide. If our website states we do not ship to your country, please contact us. International orders may require an additional handling day before shipping out. Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Please research your country's tariff and custom related charges before placing your order. We cannot mark orders as gifts on customs documents.
International Shipping
- Prices are shown in US Dollars. For conversion, please use a currency converter.
- International Orders may require 1-2 business days to process and prepare to ship. DHL shipments may take an additional day to process.
- All delivery times above are estimates only. For international orders, estimated delivery time does not include customs processing time. Processing and delivery times may vary during promotion and holiday periods.
- Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
- If the tracking number/delivery confirmation number has stated the package "delivered" but you have not received your shipment, it is considered missing property and is an issue between the buyer, the provided carrier and local authorities. It is in your best interest to take action within 10 days of the package being missing. Please understand Gun Storage Solutions cannot be responsible for instances beyond its control and will not refund money for situations like this. (It's also a good idea to check with your neighbors and any members in your household if they have seen your package.)

USPS Tracking (US Mail)
When tracking both USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground you will be given an estimated time of delivery. Please note this date or number of days to deliver is NOT a guaranteed delivery date unless express shipping service is arranged with GSS.
Returns & Exchanges
We aim to please, so if you're not satisfied with your order, we'll do what we can to make it better.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of your order date. Please call or email to let us know when to expect the returned product. Please include your order number or invoice number. Customer pays return shipping. Our return address is as follows:

After 30 days from the purchase date, returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Delivery Delays
Most orders are delivered within 4 business days of the shipping date, but occasionally it may take longer. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Gun Storage Solutions cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, Federal Holidays, theft, etc.
For USPS shipments (US mail), if 10 or more days have passed since the shipping date and the item has not arrived please let us know. At that point Gun Storage Solutions may be able to file a claim with the US Post Office.
