Free Standard Shipping (Typically arrives in 2-4 days) on orders over $50 in all 50 States, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Flat $5.95 Standard Shipping is available for orders under $50. Also we offer additional services from USPS, Fedex, and UPS that are calculated at checkout. $50 minimum order requirement applies to the order total before taxes and shipping.

When tracking both USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground you will be given an estimated time of delivery. Please note this date or number of days to deliver is NOT a guaranteed delivery date unless express shipping service is arranged with GSS.
Returns & Exchanges
We aim to please, so if you're not satisfied with your order, we'll do what we can to make it better.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of your order date. Please call or email to let us know when to expect the returned product. Please include your order number or invoice number. Customer pays return shipping. Our return address is as follows:
After 30 days from the purchase date, returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
No refunds or exchanges after 90 days of purchase.
Returns damaged by the customer are non-refundable.

Most orders are delivered within 4 business days of the shipping date, but occasionally it may take longer. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Gun Storage Solutions cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, Federal Holidays, theft, etc.
For USPS shipments (US mail), if 10 or more days have passed since the shipping date and the item has not arrived please let us know. At that point Gun Storage Solutions may be able to file a claim with the US Post Office.
